ANATOMICAL SHAPE
The ALMAS cervical disc is anatomically designed for optimal fitting to the endplates morphology.
The disc is convex in both sagittal and frontal planes.
Its shape restores a physiological lordosis.
Its rounded shape allows a physiological mobility.
SAFE AND EASY IMPLANTING
No need to prepare the vertebral endplates.
The anatomical shape allows an easy and spontaneous positioning of the disc, with an optimal fitting to the vertebral endplates.
Its large contact with endplates increases the resistance and the bone stimulation.
DYNAMIC
The slot of the ALMAS disc allows a flexibility to absorb physiological stresses and prevent the degeneration of adjacent levels.
ANTIMIGRATION SYSTEM
The ring is fixed with two screws on the anterior face of the upper vertebra.
An integrated mechanism prevents loosening of screws and migration of the device.
